Natalie is the owner of N.O.V.A. Services LLC, a consulting firm providing employee relations and culture strategy through a variety of engagements.  These engagements are designed to accelerate individual and team capacity to sustain change initiatives and perform at a high level together. The N.O.V.A. Services team includes professionals from business, healthcare, education, and nonprofits who have earned certifications in Nonviolent Communication, Social Justice Mediation, SHRM-CP, Somatic Coaching, Gallup StrengthsFinder, DISC Catalyst profile, Leadership Circle, Diversity Coaching.   Our team includes members of the Texas Association of Mediators, the International Ombuds Association, HR Houston, and SHRM. For over twenty years, Natalie has developed social justice educators and leaders.  Natalie began her career teaching English Language Learners in the Midwest before teaching middle school Special Education in Texas.  She then went on to recruit, train, and lead a team of students, parents, volunteers, and teachers in the opening of a dual language, STEM middle and high school located in south Texas.  Her experiences designing and launching a school planted a deep desire to provide other new team leaders and managers support in building inclusive, diverse teams who leverage their talents to achieve high performance during significant people, cultural, or strategic changes.   Before starting N.O.V.A. Services LLC, she worked as Human Assets Business Partner providing talent and culture consulting, leadership development, and management coaching to hundreds of team leaders, managers, and staff working region-based and functional teams.
