Natalie began her career teaching English Language Learners in rural Missouri before moving to south Texas to be a middle school teacher. She then recruited, trained, and led a team of students, parents, teachers, and volunteers in the establishment of a middle, and high school in the Rio Grande Valley focused on preparing the next generation of college-bound community members.

Her experiences designing and leading this school planted a desire to support other leaders and first-time managers in building inclusive, diverse teams with high engagement and sustained performance. This focus led her to become a Human Assets Business Partner, consulting on talent and culture strategy, and providing management coaching and talent planning to hundreds of team leaders, managers, and staff. Her portfolio of clients included senior executives of finance, IT/digital experiences, marketing, development, and program teams from national and locally-based organizations.

After supporting several leaders through a variety of structural and strategic changes, N.O.V.A. Services LLC was born out of an increased desire to center the work of supporting teams and individuals through workplace change. 

Natalie Basham is the founder and president of N.O.V.A. Services LLC, a consulting firm providing people and culture strategy by facilitating a variety of engagements for teams experiencing structural or leadership change. The focus of these engagements is to accelerate individual and team capacity to sustain change initiatives and perform at a high level together. She also provides mediation services to individuals and groups or teams seeking to rebuild trust or strengthen their ability to collaborate and arrive at shared outcomes and results.
