Natalie is the owner of N.O.V.A. Services LLC, an employee relations and learning academy. We seek to make workplaces sustainable, productive, and joyful. We offer services that are designed to accelerate individual and team capacity to sustain change initiatives and perform at a high level together. N.O.V.A. Services are professionals from business, healthcare, education, legal, and nonprofit who are skilled and experienced with executive leadership and development, human resources, mediation, restorative practices, Gallup StrengthsFinder, DISC Catalyst profile, Leadership Circle, and Enneagram.    Before starting N.O.V.A. Services LLC, Natalie worked as an HR Business Partner, providing talent and culture consulting, leadership development, and management coaching to hundreds of team leaders, managers, and staff. She is a member of the Texas Association of Mediators, the International Ombuds Association, HR Houston, and mentors new HR professionals.
